We proudly offer worldwide shipping to make our premium e-bikes accessible to customers across the globe. If shipping to your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us at sales@talariacn.shop for assistance.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after they are placed. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
3. Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on the destination:
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- North America: 7-15 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 10-20 business days
- Other Regions: 15-25 business days
Please note that delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping may be available for select products or promotional campaigns.
5. Tracking Your Order

Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the e-bike or item is in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories intact. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Items missing parts or accessories
- Clearance or final-sale items
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, email us at sales@talariacn.shop within 14 days of delivery. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
5. Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
